Ingredients
- 3 pound boneless pork shoulder
- 3 tablespoons Steak/Fajita seasoning
- 1 bottle of Bloody Revolution Ribeye or Bloody Revolution Smoked Habañero
- 2 bags of premade Coleslaw
- 1 pack Kings Hawaiian Rolls, or similar
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Season pork shoulder with Steak/Fajita seasoning.
- Over medium-high heat, Pan-sear or grill pork shoulder until browned.
- Place pork shoulder in 9×13 casserole dish and pour over bloodty mary mix.
- Cook for 2.5 hours, covered.
- Remove from oven and shred pork.
- Return shredded pork to oven, uncovered, and cook for 1 hour, or until sauce has thickened.
- Serve on Hawaiian rolls with coleslaw.
