Pulled Pork Sliders



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Season pork shoulder with Steak/Fajita seasoning.
  3. Over medium-high heat, Pan-sear or grill pork shoulder until browned.
  4. Place pork shoulder in 9×13 casserole dish and pour over bloodty mary mix.
  5. Cook for 2.5 hours, covered.
  6. Remove from oven and shred pork.
  7. Return shredded pork to oven, uncovered, and cook for 1 hour, or until sauce has thickened.
  8. Serve on Hawaiian rolls with coleslaw.
